Mushroom Summer CSA 2023

Limited weekly mushroom CSA-- This is the first year of the mushroom CSA-- 15lbs of mushrooms over the course of the summer. Most weeks would be 1 lb, but if we have some lean weeks (of a 1/2 lb) know that the mushrooms will keep coming till we hit our 15lb mark!  Will start early June and run through September.
Benifits to weekly mushrooms:
Get to try a wide variety of mushrooms.
Freeze for the winter (all of these mushrooms are great steamed and frozen for use year round).
Delicious protien! Good for your immune system and soul.
Be the first to try new varieties and have access to other mushroom products (tinctures, dried lionsmane, fruiting bags, and more!)
